On Montana HS Association Proposals

Initially when I read the poll, I was thinking of a mercy rule as in football, where the game is called when the other team is up 40 points (or whatever it is). In that light I voted against it. Now, having read the article and seeing that the game wouldn't be called but that there would be a running clock, I went back and changed my vote because it wouldn't be a bad idea. When a team is ahead by 40, and it's the 4th quarter, why prolong it? Sometimes both teams are over the limit in fouls, and it takes forever shooting the free throws. I would assume the clock would run during the free throws. Anyway, it sounds like something to look into.

That is one thing history has proven...never count the Eagles out. They can be competative ANY year. I was surprised to see them out of the top 5...
