Waltrip can't keep any of his cars on the pavement

Mikey Waltrip's troubles are starting to follow him off the track. The North Carolina State Police ticketed Waltrip for reckless driving and failure to notify authorities of an accident in a timely manner when the Cup owner/driver admitted he fell asleep at the wheel and struck a telephone pole about a mile from his house at 1:30 am Saturday.
